No, unfortunately it is not possible to receive Perbellini fresh cakes at your doorstep. We invite you to visit us at our bakeries in Bovolone and Isola Rizza.
No, the cake does not contain cheese, although the name may mislead. "Strachin" is in fact derived from the type of souffle cream that tends to "stracarsi," which in Veronese dialect literally means "to get tired" or "to come apart."
We recommend a portion of 100g each, 120g for the sweet tooth.
Strachin's millefeuille® should be kept in the freezer for up to 2 hours before consumption, then left at room temperature. Once thawed, it cannot be refrozen as the cream loses its consistency and the pastry tends to moisten, losing its inimitable fragrance.
