How best to store panettone?
We recommend storing the panettoni in a dry place at room temperature, avoiding temperature changes. Before opening your product, we recommend keeping it at a temperature of around 25°C for at least a couple of hours to enhance its fragrances and make the dough softer.
For an even tastier result, you can turn the oven on to 100°C, turn it off and leave the product inside for 10 minutes.
