From Cologna Veneta, the home of almond cake, to Bovolone, the distance is short, and given our connection to the area, we decided to create our own almond cake, made with quality raw materials and with the same quality and passion that distinguishes us. The main protagonist of this dessert are Italian almonds, which compose about 70% of our almonds, which combined with Italian honey make this specialty sweet and crumbly. To ensure the highest quality, the sweet almonds are hand-cured by our staff to exclude any taste imperfections.

The product looks like a circular cupcake, convenient for breaking into small pieces and then sharing.
