This passito wine made in the Soave (VR) area stands out for its golden color and its heady aromas of passion fruit, citrus and saffron. Roberto Anslemi has always invested in quality and innovation, and with courageous choices, such as leaving the DOC of Soave, he has been able to make one of the most interesting passito wines on the Italian scene, born from soils of volcanic tuff and limestone, where Garganega has found its ideal habitat. Aging takes place 8 months in oak barrels and several months in the bottle.
