Perbellini nougat is handcrafted in our workshop using only quality raw materials, including trilobata gentile round hazelnuts from Piedmont, Italian honey, egg white and sugar.
This dessert cannot be missing from your Christmas tables, its crunchiness and fragrance will make your end of the meal unique.

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to the sun. Avoid sudden changes in temperature. Product shelf life (shelf life): 180 days.
HAZELS (70%), honey, sugar, egg white. May contain traces of SESAME, FRUIT, DRIED NUTS, MILK, WHEAT FLOUR and SENAPE.
To be served at room temperature, it is ideal as an end-of-meal accompaniment with coffee.

Our nougat contains about 70% of trilobed Round Gentile Hazelnuts from Piedmont, and it is because of this high percentage that its taste and crunchiness are unique.
The product looks like a circular cupcake, hand-molded by our pastry chefs, convenient to be broken into small pieces and then shared.
