Classic homemade Tuscan cookies made with flour, eggs , sugar and hand-selected Italian almonds.
Incredibly good and crispy, they become irresistible when soaked in sweet wine.
To prepare our Cantucci, we choose premium quality hand-selected almonds, as they are the main protagonist of this crunchy cookie.
The dough is worked by combining butter, sugar, eggs and flour until it is smooth. At that point the almonds are combined and a long, flat loaf is formed, which is placed in the oven for baking.
Once it reaches the right browning, this crispy loaf is cut diagonally into small cookies, ready to be packaged.
