Tenerello or Bignolata

This cake consists of a sponge cake base perfumed with a tangerine bath and topped with eggnog cream and puffs filled with chocolate cream.

Warning: this cake does not contain nuts, but being made in an artisan workshop where such an ingredient is used, may contain traces of it.

Keep in the freezer at -18°C up to 1 hour before serving.
Wheat flour, eggs, milk, soy. May also contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and mustard.
