An almond shortbread that is completely hollow inside, making it peculiar in its kind and highly crumbly.

Almonds are hand-selected by our staff and chopped to be combined with butter and flour.
The resulting dough is then placed in individual paper containers and baked in the oven.
It is during this stage that the dough develops, creating a sweet concave inside.
