TENDER WHEAT flour type 0, BUTTER 30% (MILK), sugar, MILK, fresh EGGS, salt, raising agent (cremortartar, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), flavorings. May contain traces of DRIED AND SUGAR FRUITS, SOY, SESAME SEEDS, ARACHIDS and SENAPE.
Best served at room temperature, they go well with hot drinks such as hot chocolate, milk and tea.

The Butter Shortbread dough follows the same process as many years ago.
Sugar, butter and flour are mixed together, to which eggs are also added.
When the dough is well blended, cookies are formed to be placed in the oven for baking.
