Sine [aut fere] is made from pure Chardonnay grapes, hand-picked in the vineyards around Trento by the skilled hands of the Baldessari family, pioneers in natural vineyard cultivation. The must is left to ferment in oak barrels, aged on the lees for about 36 months and then bottled without dosage. The bouquet of this classic method sparkling wine is reminiscent of yellow fruits such as peach and apple and bread crust aromas. On the palate, a great mineral freshness and savoriness emerge, making it an elegant and satisfying bubble, ideal for accompanying Christmas desserts.
