Berry Meringue

A sponge cake base soaked in raspberry juice is topped with whipped cream and whole berries and topped with a meringue crumble.

Please note: This cake does not contain nuts, but since it is made in an artisan workshop where such an ingredient is used, it may contain traces of nuts.

Keep in the freezer at -18°C up to 2 hours before serving.
Wheat flour, eggs, milk. May also contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soybeans, sesame seeds and mustard.
