Crunchy crumble base, soft layer of cream cheese mousse and topping it off with a raspberry sauce.

Please note: this cake does not contain dried nuts, but being made in an artisan workshop where such an ingredient is used, it may contain traces of it.

Keep in the freezer at -18°C up to 1 1/2 hours before serving.
Wheat flour, eggs, milk, soy. May also contain traces of peanuts, nuts, sesame seeds and mustard.
