Valpolicella Superiore 2019 - Roccolo Grassi

Roccolo Grassi's 2019 Superiore is a Valpolicella DOC with a ruby red color and aromas of cherry, tobacco, white pepper and coffee. Part of its grapes undergo a light drying to give more concentration to the product, and then the wine is left to age in wood for 20 months. This is how we get one of the best Valpolicellas around, with a lingering, soft body and sweet tannins.
