The art of puff pastry making has been a tradition cultivated for more than a century in our family and is still handed down from father to son, using the same simple and natural products as in the past, such as flour and butter.
As a pastry shop we produce several variations of puff pastries (vegan, sugar-free, round - available only in stores), but the most classic and popular version is the butter puff pastry, called by the typical Veronese name "butter sfoiade."
These are extremely friable, so a special honeycomb tray was designed to protect and store them during shipment.
