Tenerello or Bignolata

This cake consists of a sponge cake base perfumed with a tangerine bath and topped with eggnog cream and puffs filled with chocolate cream.

Please note: This cake does not contain nuts, but since it is made in an artisan workshop where such an ingredient is used, it may contain traces of nuts.

Keep in the freezer at -18°C up to 1 hour before serving.
Wheat flour, eggs, milk, soy. May also contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and mustard.
