St. Honoré

A French pastry classic, revisited by our pastry chefs: a sponge cake base perfumed with a tangerine syrup and filled with hazelnut whipped cream and chocolate chips.
The cake is topped with cream and chocolate tufts and chocolate-covered filled cream puffs.

Keep in the freezer at -18°C up to 1 hour before serving.
Wheat flour, eggs, milk, nuts, soy. May also contain traces of peanuts, sesame seeds, and mustard.
