Saint Blaise

Cake dedicated to the patron saint of Bovolone: soft sponge cake soaked in marsala wine, covered with zabaglione cream and chocolate and topped with chocolate chips and roasted pistachios.
To finish the cake is decorated with cream puffs filled with zabaglione.
Keep in the freezer at -18°C up to 1 hour before serving.
Wheat flour, eggs, milk, nuts, soy. May also contain traces of peanuts, sesame seeds, and mustard.
