Passion fruit mousse

Passion fruit mousse on a base of thin sponge cake drizzled with a passion fruit syrup.

Please note: This cake does not contain nuts, but since it is made in an artisan workshop where such an ingredient is used, it may contain traces of nuts.

Keep in the freezer at -18°C up to 1 hour and 30 minutes before serving.
Wheat flour, eggs, milk. May also contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soybeans, sesame seeds and mustard.
