Gianduja meringue

Two disks of crumbly meringue are filled with gianduja whipped cream and crunchy hazelnut crumbs.

Warning: this cake does not contain wheat flour, but because it is made in an artisan workshop where that ingredient is used, it may contain traces of it.

Keep in the freezer at -18°C up to 2 hours and 30 minutes hours before serving.
Eggs, milk, nuts, soy. May also contain traces of wheat flour, peanuts, sesame seeds and mustard.
