Gianduja meringue

Two disks of crumbly meringue are filled with gianduja whipped cream and crunchy hazelnut crumbs.

Warning: this cake does not contain wheat flour, but being made in an artisan workshop where such an ingredient is used, may contain traces of it.

Keep in the freezer at -18°C up to 2 hours and 30 minutes hours before serving.
Eggs, milk, nuts, soy. May also contain traces of wheat flour, peanuts, sesame seeds and mustard.
