Brescian

An almond shortbread that is completely hollow inside, making it peculiar in its kind and highly crumbly.

The almonds are hand-selected by our staff and chopped to be then combined with butter and flour.
The resulting dough is then placed in individual paper containers and baked in the oven.
It is during this stage that the dough develops, creating a concave cake inside.
